The staff is always friendly and super helpful I'd give them 5 stars if I were rating them. The food tastes good but the amount of meat they put on the sandwiches and salads is so cheap and not worth the price.
The food is beyond great, and pastries are wonderful. There's great, and speedy service, even when it's busy. The establishment is also very clean, and well stocked. There is a variety of food choices as well. Upon very rare occasions staff can be a tad on the snippy side, but is usually very polite, nice and helpful. My only cretic would be that because it's such a good reserant, and is busy a lot, to have a bit more seating, but if you look around you can always find a clean place to sit.
Baked goods are usually excellent (but definitely not low calorie!). Lunches, sandwiches are good for a fast bite and a break from fast-food. Nothing to write home about. Ok for a group to sit around, talk and eat something. However, ingredients are now all "clean" (Panara's choice of words, not mine). Definitely moving in the correct direction.
